As part of a team managing a diverse property portfolio including commercial and operational properties and totalling c.750 properties of which c.350 are retail, the successful candidate will have experience of working within a multi-disciplined practice, ideally with local authority knowledge and experience, and will be a strong leader who has a passion for making a difference.
This is a varied role that requires an experienced general practice RICS surveyor to lead a small team whilst contributing to property management and professional activities. The work will include rent review and lease renewal negotiations and the negotiation of licences, easements and wayleaves; and the successful candidate will have strong communication skills with a flexible and adaptable approach to driving forward service objectives.
