The RoleThe Intelligence Support Apprentice will work within the innovative, ambitious and highly successful Investigations Team. The team analyses intelligence and data obtained from a number of sources and undertakes investigations of suspected fraud, crime and financial irregularity.
You will be assisted in developing skills and abilities to research, analyse and interrogate data with a view to assisting fraud investigations.
The team is commercial in nature and delivers investigation services to multiple partner organisations all around the country. The Apprentice will be expected to demonstrate flexibility by assisting in the delivery of these contracts, and may be required to spend time at the offices of client organisation.

The TrainingThe apprenticeship will guide you through both on-the-job and academic taught skills to enable you not only understand, but develop your skills as an Intelligence support analyst. You will be assigned a manager and a mentor who will support you throughout your apprenticeship. They will ensure you gain the right experience and skills, whilst working towards your Level 3 Business Administration qualification through Abingdon and Witney College. Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship - Abingdon & Witney College (abingdon-witney.ac.uk). You will also be given training in a diverse and interesting range of disciplines with opportunities to work alongside other departments to gain a working knowledge of how these teams operate and their relationship to investigation work
